There are two ways to get Tyrogue. First you find the man who give you the Tyrogue OR get the egg from the Day-Care man which hatch from Magby,Pichu,Smoochum and Tyrogue.

The egg that you recieve from the daycare guy/woman usually has a Eleckid in it, mine just hatched and had a shiny tyrogue inside :| lucky or what, level 5, looks brilliant and saves tons of play time to get it

Hey, how come when I got the egg from the Day Care people, I get a Tyrouge? If it isn't common, then is it common in the Crystal version? I am about to evolve it, and does the Tyrouge only evolve into Hitmon Lee? Because mines keep on trying to evolve into one.

The egg from the couple is a new feature in Crystal. The egg will hatch into any baby Pokemon, minus Togepi. Tyrouge evolves into one of three Pokemon depending on the stats it has.

besides getting Tyrogue from Kiyo, you could always get an egg from the daycare and if it hatched, it could be a Tyrogue i think it only happens in Crystal.. im not sure
