  • when i get a bigger bike im turning my rs50 into a track bike8)

  • You have some nice lines there. Does it help that it's so light? Are you still at AF1? What would it cost to have you do some porting on a kit/engine? Thanks, Matt.

  • Thanks for the compliment on the lines, at that pace you can hit them every time, normal race pace is about 10 seconds a lap faster, little harder to hit them then! Yes, the lighter the bike the more quickly it will respond to a steering or any other input. What kind of engine and pipe are you using, that determines port time/area...

  • hi how much woul it cost me to get you to do my engine to this spec if i send it to you ?

  • l af1 et une 125 rien a voir avec une 50cc

  • This is the future of GP racing as oil gets slurped up by the family trucks!!!

  • The fastest that bike has gone was about 108-109 mph at about 15,500 rpm. That was with a 4mm stroker crank, custom head in a Metrakit Pro Race top end to accommodate the extra stroke. Port timing worked out to 196 exhaust duration and 141 intake duration, all intake ports opening and closing without stagger. In its present 18 bhp state of tune it is good for 100mph at about 14K rpm. In this video the bike was at 13.4 bhp.

  • when fitting stroker crank do u put spacer at bottom and top of cylinder to keep port timing correct, if u put spacer at bottom only u will have 4mm more height on ports!

  • I did not use a spacer, I machined a blank insert custom on Acclign's CNC machine to compensate for the additional stroke height at TDC, used only a .75mm base gasket, also custom. 196 degrees of exhaust duration and a little over 140 degrees of intake duration. With the Metrakit based PR stroker I got over 23bhp on our Factory Pro EC997 dyno which reads about 15-17% lower than a dynojet

  • how many ccs is it with the stroker?

  • 77cc with 44mm stroke and 47.6mm piston. The engine in this video was a mild 13-14 bhp engine for practice, 50mm piston on 39.3mm stroke.

  • @MicahShoemaker

I was at a 50cc race here in the UK and they were using this engine is a honda rs125 chassis for lightness, are u allowed different chassis?

  • Yes, different chassis is allowed for various classes and the Honda 125 GP chassis is very good. i had a 1996 Honda 125cc GP chassis with a 92cc stroker big bore CR80 motor for a while, it handled so, so, very well!

  • how fast can they do

    thanks

  • nice whats on that to make it sound so nice? mesage me please... and nice riding ;) pce!

  • The pipe is Metrakit Pro Race, but with Jolly Moto aluminum silencer. Intake air filter is just a foamy pod thing. The big 28mm carb, right jetting, tuned pipe and right ignition timing all combine to make the bike sound pretty good from the saddle.

  • Search "buddfab" on YouTube. Same guy built that engine, and it went 134 mph on the salt flats at only 50cc. Credit to the Buddfab team though, it would not have gone nearly that fast in this chassis

  • awsome 50 clip dude... whoever built that motor is a badass...

  • very nice driving....well done...

  • my gosh oak hill has gone to shit!

Good vid though, I only wish the camera was higher so that so much of the frame wasn't taken up by the static image of the dash and fairing.

  • VERY NICE. Wish mine would do tht lol
