oh really? haven't tried it yet, gate is invincible unless you fire the balls he's firing, if those balls hits him, that's the only time that he will be damaged, in fact sigma is easier to beat than gate in x6, mageman x4 is still the best megaman x series

Have you even played it? You can't damage gate if it's not by his own attacks. Use google first before making a fool of yourself.

no,u just need hyperdash, just head for the platform where u cant access with the shadow armor,jump and when ur about to fall,use the giga attack,just need some few practice and u will make it easily

You can, if you equip jumper and hyper dash parts. Then to get past the jump (where shadow armor normally couldn't make it) just grab the side of the left platform at the lowest point possible without falling off, and then dash jump all the way to the right. You should just barely make it.

If you listened properly, he actually taunting you by asking "Over there?" like "you're escaping there?". That's why another of his cry is "You can't escape/ run"(away from me)/ "Nigerarenai". And I mentioned I wasn't sure about those 2.

You need the Speedster, Hyper Dash, and Jumper parts, and on that platform block where it looks like you're stuck, you have to dash-jump off the LOWEST POSSIBLE POINT to reach the next platform... it took me about 15 tries to finally get it down to a science...
