doubt it, from what i read, he didn't know how to play bass when u2 first formed, he just followed along, but he's gotten great over time, but i don't think he can play as well as flea, sometimes edge takes adam's place on bass for some songs, cuz some credits mention edge plays both bass and guitar

I love the new songs. U2 should never rely on their classics alone. They believe in their new music, therefore it's great they play the new songs in the beginning. Breathe is a great way to start the song. The more new stuff, the better. But I'm glad they brought NYD back. I missed it and think it's an amazing live song.
