  • Very nice.

  • I know the music but what`s the name ?

  • What the name of the song?

  • Vey good use of what a Steadicam merlin can do and good shots. I like the way you have put it all together using magic Bullets..nice one dude!...

  • nice music, and great job with steadicam

  • one of the reasons i got a steadicam i liked this video

  • @SBARTSTV thanks for the compliment!

  • if you shot a scene for a movie, be shure, that the scene itself has a nice look... you can use blends... you can use lights, you can use fog... most people think, it is all done within the post production... both together makes the masterpiece!

  • Music: Rob Dougan Clubbed To Death (Radio Edit)

  • beautiful

  • is this magic bullet?

    wich preset did u use?

  • I noticed a little swaying from left to right here and there. Maybe it has something to do with the balance of your steadycam or wind. Other than than, nice shots.

  • @thelittleelephant i second that.

  • great job bro... congratulations! I will buy a Steadicam Merlin...

  • Leuk gemaakt!

  • amazing job!!! faved

  • Beautiful! Great work man! :)

  • Maestro!!!

  • Excelente!

  • Amazing scenes...

  • man.. we want to see the video without flicker, to see if the steady cam works fine!

i mean ..upload the original footage

  • @lifecg Are you watching it in HD? If so, your computer might have a problem with the playback. If you watch the lower quality setting it will probably look smooth again.

  • @DerranNL yes.. its smooth in 720p ..thx =)

  • Incredible

What program do you color correct in?

  • Nice motion, great scenes but, there is a lot of washed out areas of the video. Like the water and houses, car etc. Consider using a ND filter.

  • 0:30-0:38 gave me shivers all over. great video.

  • whats the song called? Very nice video by the way, my friend owns the same camera.

  • what is the music called, nice filming! :)

  • Very well done. The video is great.

  • good!!! congratulations

  • excellent!!...you should try a 'long take' as in THE BONFIRE OF THE VANETIES, the golf cart going through the tunnel & kitchen scene. Good work!

  • Oh chill ,je bent ook nog nederlands ook xD

  • I don´t know the reason why you made this :P

    But i love it !

It´s about the camera right ?:P

Haha, Great song and the landscapes fits perfect !

  • How do you do this effect?

    Like the foggy effect.

I really want to know, so bad.

  • I think its Magic Bullet Look plug in from the Red Giant

  • Yeah it is.

  • Will the Merlin handle the new HVR Z7?

  • Whats the song?

  • clubbed to death

  • Beautiful location

  • Very nice job. I do corporate video and just ordered one. You got me excited now. Has anyone used one from a helicopter of plane, e.g. with the door off for unobstructed view?

  • Thank you. I don't think it will work properly from a helicopter. A Steadicam is very sensitive to wind, so I think that would require a gyroscoop.

  • Derran,

Do you have anymore footage lately? I still have the bobbing effect from time to time if I forget to bend my knees. Can you walk straight and not have the bobbing effect? Any pointers from you will help, I have an A1.

  • @NorthWoodsVideo - I have tried shooting with the Merlin out of a helicopter, and Derran is right, the wind really affected it. The best cheap way to shoot from helicopters and small planes, in my opinion, is to use Tiffen's Steady Stick. If the budget's not there for a gyro, then the Steady Stick is great.

  • Can you use the Steadicam Merlin with a Sony handycam DCR-HC17E (mini dv)?

  • what program do you use?

  • well done!

  • Muy Bueno!!!!!

  • sieht ganz gut aus, nur imho finde den dreamlook etwas zu extrem (mbl?)

  • gooosh. the camera movement is soo smooth.

    great job on that.

the color grading doesnt look anything like film though.

  • Thats beatifulll.... and it would be so much better with a 35 mm kit! But nice work man!

  • You should work on Nothing as your shots look amazing.

Nice work with the Magic Bullet....

  • Awesome job on the filming and editing! You had some pretty cool shots in there, but you should work on them bcuz you seem to have potential. And that looks like an awesome place to visit!
