most reliable spool valve gun on the market is the geo. geos and geo2s require less maintinance than both of these guns. i own a dm9 and it shoots wonderful. but an all around low maintnance, light, straight shooting, smooth, reliable gun. would be a geo2. (we're talking spool valve.)

Which one do you prefer and for which reason? I personally have a pm6 with a ul frame and love it. Had an nxt, didnt like it, and have an etek now don't like it as much as the proto but i want to get a nicer gun and like the dye style guns but the luxe seems to have similar looking grip frame..

@RorschachPT In all honesty I would save the money and buy the DM9, it's a great gun. The luxe may come with a few more little perks like voice mode and such but the DM9 shoots just as well.

hey i just picked a luxe up and i wanted to ask a question. B4 you start shooting the bolt latch thing is flush with the luxe but when you shoot yours does it move like a centimeter out? mine starts out flush and kinda comes out a little. it prob isnt a big deal i just want to know if this is normal for a luxe. thanks

@sisilodobsis Yeah this is normal, it just means that after you shoot it the bolt assembly is charged with compressed air and ready to fire again. It will stick out a little bit when it's charged with compressed air and will be flush without the compressed air hooked up to the gun after it is discharged.
