It is pretty obvious the winners of the Mombai incident are those who wish to instigate hatred against muslims, generate enmity between India and Pakistan, and create/enflame ethnic tensions in India. The camera man that "hardly fliched" (if you mean the cameraman whose footage this is) seemed to actually stoop down towards the ground. I do believe that Mumbai was a false flag but the cameraman did flinch in my view. 2:21 shows a low view along the ground whereas he started stood up, it would appear.

You say the movie clip is a perfect example of how they mock the victim, but what if it's an attempt to enlighten viewers about the media?
