  • Your hair is so beautiful, I just big chopped for the 2nd time about 3 weeks ago. Im subbing! lol You have nice hair. We definitely need to keep in touch cause we can learn a lot from each other. I have some tips about how to naturally keep your hair moisturized etc. Anyways keep doing you, stay in touch “)

  • Sounds pretty simple, 21 days, but I'm so sure it's ppl. I sometimes hav issues getting all my cal in, I kno the feeling. I strive for 5-6 meals a day.

  • I love the idea of making new habits. You can make a lot of great habits even if you just focus on one habit every 21 days.  Good luck. The trick is to be consistent for 21 days.
