Sounds pretty simple, 21 days, but I'm so sure it's ppl. I sometimes hav issues getting all my cal in, I kno the feeling. I strive for 5-6 meals a day.
I love the idea of making new habits. You can make a lot of great habits even if you just focus on one habit every 21 days. Good luck. The trick is to be consistent for 21 days.
