The black cardboard sleeve IS NOT a sign that they're fake. Maybe the store you sell them at removes them all before they go on the shelves, but you will find those sleeves on the beats at legitimate electronics stores.
Would an illegitimate manufacturer trying to fool people into buying a fake product, add an ENTIRE SLEEVE that's not even on the real headphones? No, it would make no sense.
can i ask, would diddy beats by dr dre be legit if they had a plastic sleeve ?? only i got mine from ebay and i was listening to them yesturday and where the 'd' is on the dres there is a db on mine and that circle has fallen off :S??
@WCPGam1ng plastic sleeves are legit... The circle falling off could be possible because the build quality on the Tours is well known for being poor... so it COULD happen. The one way to find out is by looking for a serial number on them. (I don't know where it is on the Tour headphones, but a serial number tends to be real)
