the tiptronic wasn't a bad transmission, a friend of mine had a C2S with the tiptronic transmission, but the new PDK does blow it into the weeds.

I'm also not too happy with the driver of the M5. The first few gear changes were FAAR too early. Those gear changes reminded me of old ladies driving Austin A60s in the English countryside 50 years ago. He lost a lot against the Porsche due to early change and subsequent early low gear power and torque loss. Should have at least 5~6k rpm before the next change. Things would have then looked a bit different.

well the Porsche certainly didn't exactly shake off the BM, (family station wagon with no turbo remember). What would the race have been like if this M5 station wagon had the double compressor of the Hurricane installed? The Porsche would look a little silly. I'd place a few kiddy seats in the back set of the M5 just to ram the point home too.

thats a v10 vs flat 6 and the m5 has 60 more HP. porsche is the best among german cars when it comes to sport category in all aspects

Porsches mid-speed aceleration is unveliable. There is a race in the Youtube of the GT2 versus the LP 640 and the GT2 from second to fourth is incredible. Those porsches engines are fantastic.

if you think m5 is fast... than 997 tubo is really fast.... i expect a little faster for m5. since it's a V10 with a little over 500hp. maybe the weight does matters alot... TIME FOR A CSL M5

Well, it does go 207 MPH unlimited at 507 HP, but the Audi R8 V10 has 525 HP, and runs at 196 MPH, that's something to be disapointed about, and to make matters worse, it's a two seater with a Lambo Gallardo engine. Only downtuned... Slightly.
