somebody should've stopped sooner to put the child on the side and call the police. sure parents are to blame too but sometimes kids slip away even under responsible supervision. i bet this lady was in shock and went looking for her baby for a while. thank God she found him/her safe.
Holy shit I'd go ballistic if that was my lil boy. But then again I don't live near a highway and I'm paranoid so every exit is locked because I fear them walking out and walking in the street. The parents should keep a better eye on their baby but hey, kids are kids. They don't know the dangers that we know. They're just curious and it's our jobs as parents to make sure their curious lil hearts are safe
