Roxas was made after Sora killed himself in Hollowbastion. 358/2 days starts right before this game, and ends near after this game. so they take place at the same time. I don't think you really care, just pointing that out...

@narukamaster2 Chain of Memories is a midquel, also called a "bridge game." The events of this game are placed after Kingdom Hearts, but before Kingdom Hearts II. The DS game, 358/2 Days, is placed in the same chronological position, running parallel to Chain of Memories.

While the events at Castle Oblivion happens in Chain of Memoreis, Roxas is doing missions. Roxas isn't sleeping

Roxas passes out on Day 26 in Days, then wakes up at Day 40ish, when Sora enters the pod.

A clear sign that Days and COM happened at the same time/

Me was still young and stupid then, I stocked my deck with Cloud cards to abuse Omnislash, sacrificing most elixirs for it.
