The arguments for keeping Marijuana illegal are ridiculous, and biased.

I'm in NY, where Marijuana is BARELY unlawful, it carries a $100 fine for possession under 25grams. It's less than a speeding ticket. Yet EVERY time they pull someone over who has pot, regardless of age or amount, they strip the car down, handcuff the accused, and many times bring them in. You can't arrest someone for running a stop sign in the middle of no where, yet penalties are higher than with pot possession.
