I recently discovered this band, while at "GODZ" metal bar in Tokyo... they played this video on their big screen... I instantly wrote the name down, checked these guys (and lady) out on YouTube, and I already own the CD. Excellent death metal from Taiwan! Great to see Taiwan on the metal map! Even though I am Chinese myself and I live in Taiwan, I normally can't stand music sung in Chinese, especially metal. Didn't feel to great about checking these guys either. However, my dad got a cd by them and played it to me. Though to me they aren't great as the Norwegian bands, I still enjoy them very much. Seeing this video converted me.
its a seven string standard tuning. there isn't a tab. i learned it from jesse the guitar player. i was a sound guy for them when they played in michigan and ohio and i asked the guitar player to show me the song, its not that complicated if you know a penatonic scale. but this band is fucking amazing!!!!!

I've been lucky to feel it a few times and at the beginning of this the lead singer shows it a little. When your on stage in front of a crowd, you feel like a god. Best feeling in the world.

They get absolutely no radio play, and are still to date banned from some states and countries. Hell the only marketing they get publicly is from Hot Profit, and that in itself makes me sad. Cause that's exactly what I want at my death metal shows, a bunch of trend following failfags who don't really appreciate the genre.

Even though I am Chinese myself and I live in Taiwan, I normally can't stand music sung in Chinese, especially metal. Didn't feel to great about checking these guys either. However, my dad got a cd by them and played it to me. Though to me they aren't great as the Norwegian bands, I still enjoy them very much. Seeing this video converted me.

its a seven string standard tuning. there isn't a tab. i learned it from jesse the guitar player. i was a sound guy for them when they played in michigan and ohio and i asked the guitar player to show me the song, its not that complicated if you know a penatonic scale. but this band is fucking amazing!!!!!

Where the heck are the CoB comparisions coming from. Power metal w/ harsh vocals and melodic black metal are really different. Same with CoF, Chthonic is actually Black metal and Cof hasn't made a black metal album in quite a while.
