Nice video as always buddy! I would recommend to open up that top right corner on your pattern to allow for the large silvers. The factory setting always has that blocked out, but it misses American large silvers with it blocked.

Nice hunt! I bought the 6x8 SEF last year and found a gold ring and some silver with it. It's a good little coil though sometimes I wish it was a 5x7 instead.

Congratulations on an awesome find Dan...I use a pattern simular to that...I just block out 24 fe and lower....I hear alot more trash..But if there is silver next to it...I can hear it too....Another great quality video...Do you upload in 760p,or wvga ?

Thanks for taking us along on your hunt Dan!! That's the same pattern I've been using since day 1 with the E-Trac and I find it hard to go to the stock program and hunt. I'm used to hearing the iron falsing now. That barber looked to me like it had the "gun-metal" gray discoloration from iron mixed with it in the hole. Congratulations on the finds!

if you place a coin on a nail your VDI #s will drop. I tried it with a silver dime & I got a 18\42 you will also get a one way signal

my disc pattern is like yours, I run my Ferrous # at the 20 line.
