Dude, if your that into DXM. You should do alittle bit more research. Zicam is the best thing to powder. I like doing a bottle of Delysm then a bottle of zicam at the same time, wait three hours then a bottle of zicam. Not recommended for inexperienced users. The first time I did that I did it at school and I was blown into the third plataue. Almost hit forth, started drooling during my computer class, my friends knew I was totally fucked up and played with me.

Although mg/mg the polistyrex is less potent than the hydrobromide, it lasts about 30% longer. the delsym is definitely more palatable than zicam. and they're two different types of trips. i prefer the delsym myself. taste becomes a bigger deal each time you do dxm and after a while zicam becomes too much (imagine downing 5 of those). also, when your using larger, 4th plat doses , the polistyrex gives your stomach more time to absorb the dxm before you hurl.
