I'd recommend folks really research what the current owners have done to try and keep the adobe house - that was blocked by the city of palo alto years ago. Unable to get agreement on what the owners could do to preserve the adobe and make the home a modern livable home - the owner made the choice to get a demolition permit. The real villain here is the planning process of palo alto, not revealed in this video.
