There is a close up pic of him and Lisa Marie Presley about to kiss and his hair is the same as in this video and you can see the wig base very clearly. Ever since he was burned he ALWAYS had some sort of wig or partial weave sort of thing covering the top of his head. And during the Dangerous tour, he wore fusion extensions AND a partial-weave. So only about 1/4 of the hair you saw during that time was actually his.

In the early 90's he had that area of his scalp tattooed on hair strokes, just so the base of the hair piece is less noticeable. If you read his official autopsy report on TMZ, there is a diagram of where his scalp was tattooed.

There is a lot of information in there about him that I wish I never read. And even though I thought I was in a secure and stable emotional state when I started reading it, it haunted me for weeks after. So just be careful.
