@RotanGaming if you have windows right click on the installation b4 you start and click run as administrator. just follow everything slowly read the description. uninstall the plugin and redo everything take ur time. took me a couple tries

Why is everybody promoting RSMB??? AE has a free built-in motion blur filter in the Timewarp effect. Just don't touch the speed parameter and check 'Enable Motion Blur' and you're done.

Then go down to Enable motion blur. Select it and change from automatic to manual. change shutter angle to 295.20 and change shutter samples to 11. Your done. RSMB look for nothing. You can also play with these settings.

CS5 USERS PLEASE READ!:

In order to get the CS5 version working, use the team SCOTCH serial, BUT for the registration name, use "team SCO" without the quotation marks.

Hopefully the author of this video will see this comment and can change the description. The team SCOTCH user names allows you to register the pro GUI version, but it produces watermarks. team SCO gets rid of the watermarks.

Guys if you accidentally installed the wrong version and it keeps coming up that there are multiple versions when you have deleted it from the plug-ins folder, go to Adobe>Common>Plug-ins>CS4(or 3) and delete the folder there :P
