  • Lovely, moving acting, and that voice! And do you notice that the diction is perfectly clear? The last "Emilia, addio!" is heart-rending, and sounds like a great violist, pulsing and shimmering with sadness.

  • This is Salce, but it cuts before it gets to Ave Maria. Also, while the Shakespeare play is titled "Othello" the opera is titled "Otello."
