hi viz looks ugly but safety> looks. I got cut off by an old man coming out of a parking lot. luckily i came away with just a scar on my knee because i was wearing my gear. (no padded pants hence the scar)
but all my gear was black which wasn't a good idea at all. when I get another bike, I'm going neon for sure and probably adding headlight and tail modulators as well.
i think a testament to the effectiveness of hi-viz is the fact that in every revzilla review video there's a rev'it infinity suit off to the side in hit-me grey with a grey helmet that literally disappears into the background. love it or hate it, it works.
