The Six speed tranny in this baby is a work of art..Its actually built and designed by Hyundai -which share much of the platforms for the CUVs including that wonderful Theta2 4 banger- and they spent 4 years on it!!The sixer actually has 61 less moving parts (great for durability) than the last used transmission and is lighter for weight saving.The Theta2 4cyl has more power than the V6 in the 2010 model.

I have driven this 2011 several times and can't wait to park this baby at home.

But just check the Real life videos and you can tell that this is going to be a smash hit car, you got to say the new approach for Kia is getting my attention and warranty it's not all bull when they give you 7 Year but COME ON 7 YEARS German cars won't even give you that much warranty, but bet that the warranty is on oil changes and other lame stuff

@assanee31 its kinda funny because your probably 12 i hav still yet to respect kia or hyundai as a legitimate car brand nor i will until they have made as many breakthroughs as toyota,honda, gm, nissan, VW, bmw, audi, mercedes, and other brands. i don't know why when people argue people always call the other person a kid or a 5 year old. first of all you are very stubborn, kia and hyundai are legit brands, as you can tell they offer a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty which other car brands don't. Wouldn't you think that if their products are as LEGIT as you say they are, why aren't they offering a longer warranty? Go into a Hyundai/Kia showroom and sit inside of a 2011 Sonata or Tucson, I was impressed myself and I love Audi's

ALSO, maintaining my Audi A5 costs a fortune. I actually had to pay a little over $2100 for the first year of servicing and my sister owns a Hyundai Genesis Coupe and she paid less than $600. I don't know why European vehicles servicing and parts costs so much, in my opinion they are overpriced just because of the brand and I don't appreciate that but I still love my Audi. I actually need a bigger car so I might be buying this Sportage in Decemeber.

@AudiRSfive i did sit inside the kia i don't like their interiors or exteriors i plain just don't like them, my friend was seriously injured because he got in a car accident in one of them and i will never drive in them ever again. Besides i don't like the design of the sonata i like the genesis though. There just not my style of vehicle, there too practical for me
