@Tezzoman A mixtape is basically an album that is not allowed to be sold. Mixtapes must be given out for free, and because its free, it infringes no copyright or anything, which means you can do ANYTHING you want. That is why on albums you never see a stolen beat or lyrics. Mixtapes can have anything stolen and be legit. Or songs that didnt make the album but still want to be released, are usually put on a mixtape. So yeah.
