Good products, but definitely needs to improve on customer service. I always call during business hours which is eastern standard time.

I call and call and call, I can NEVER get a hold of any customer service representative. I have emailed several times with no response. I even tried the live chat and no customer service representative is ever available. I have tried so many different times of the day. Worst customer service ever.
