Nothing against Will Smith, he did a good job

But this movie wasnt good. Its too hard to play Ali, the narrative didnt really flow. It felt like they relied too much on peoples memories to fill in the holes

yeah but post-foreman he didnt really have any big fights(except Frazier III)l. i guess they wanted it to have a powerful ending...really would have killed the mood if they showed all of this fights in late 70's/early 80s. He really should have retired after Thrilla in Manilla in my opinion

Yeah he should of retired. Frazier did damage him quite badly in the thriller in manilla though and it was fraziers glory story so it wouldnt be good to show on this film alis racist remarks.

the movie was great but it would have been greater if they added more of Ali's history or fight like after joe frazier they should have showed him losing and coming back against ken norton and how foreman demolished norton too. i would love to see how smith would pull of a broken jaw scene lol

Plus when i saw the movie most the things I see in this trailer aren't there? is there an uncut version to the movie

I agree, showing how Ali dealt with that broken jaw during the Norton fight would have been pretty good.

I cant really complain though, I loved the movie.

I thought it was great, and a wonderfully accurate depiction of ALi's career and life. Will Smith did a great job as Ali, and the movie was very well produced and directed.
