Your 12 string is out of tune and you have to watch the rhythm more carefully - you're all over the place at times. Other than that, it's good.

i noticed the phaser sound too... in some of my other vids as well. anyway, i think it's the mic on my macbook that distorts the sound, it's not the best mic for videos like this.

You have to turn the mic down and turn off the ambient noise reduction in the Sounds prefpane in System Preferences.
