@Denizen36 It depends on your initial wrist strength and what kind of surface you're doing it on. I've seen guys 250lbs and higher do it with no problem. Better to start on a soft mat and stretch your wrists before hand when starting out.

@skemeB34 No problemo bro, nah I didn't forget, just was a bit tied up with college work and crap haha. Though I say this is beginners wrist pushups, it may still be a bit difficult, so I can recommend a few other exercises if needed.
Looks like it can fuck up your wrists depending on how much you weigh..
