@shaggadoshizz I have 2 videos that show 2 different ways to drill the hole through the stud. If you don't watch, you may not know how to do this. Look for the videos. They are on my channel. You either have to use a drill bit extension or a flexi-bit, depending on how far away the stud is from the hole in the wall. Thanks for your question. Joe :0
@Kittielips Do you see how the cutin box is pretty tight in the opening? You don't have to grease it down to slip it in. Just make the opening a little bigger first then the cutin box will slide right in. Then make a few adjustments to the cutin box then screw it down & secure tightly so it doesn't move. Joe :0
@Joxman2k There's a wall stud between the 2 boxes. In order to fish a wire from the new cutin box to the existing box is pretty much impossible "without" removing the existing outlet box. "Joe" is showing that you can do it by removing the existing box & replacing the existing box with an additional cutin box. Most DIY'ers don't know this is possible. Now you do. Joe :0
@cortieflash Just think how much money you could save by doing it yourself. Remember...."joe" won't show you anything he doesn't think you can do. You can do it. Do it yourself & save that money. Joe :0
