I quit 4 days ago, using the lozenges, which I dont use many of, and will be tossing those soon too. Been finding all the "dirt" on smoking that I can.. and im happy to say that not only do i not want to smoke, but i also really dont want the nicotine much anymore either. its nice.

i quit cold turkey. I had one at a bar a few days ago but havent bought a pack... I smoked for 3 years, can the damage be reversed?
