i have 2 enchanter perks for enchantment. 2 alchemist perks for alchemy. All i have is a ring, helmet, gloves, and necklace(cant find alchelmy enchantable armor or boots). i dont have the 1.4 update yet. SO, i just tried this and got my potion to 99 then it wouldnt go any further after 11 fortify alchemy potions... wtf!!!

Another recommendation, instead of farming ingredients for hours, just go to alchemist's shop in Morthal and buy it. It's not expensive. You can get all 5 ingredients there and she's even got Deadra hearts. Buy the items. Save. Hit her and load. Her items are renewed.

Thanks so much for this. I wasn't getting the desired effect so i kept going. I didn't realize how powerful a few additional potions get you. I strongly recommend everyone make a save file after drinking each potion. I went slightly over the top and now I'm killing dragons with one swing of my sword. Not fun :(

If you are getting reset at about +200%, that means you probably only have one perk on the FIRST option in the "Alchemy" tab on skill improvement. Get that to 2/5 and it wont reset!

it shows my armor is still at 23% but on "active ef fects" it says "alchemy ring, alchemy ring, alchemy ring, alchemy ring" all like 4500% LMAO when i named them alchemy neck, ring, gloves, and helm... its super bugged and it gets out of control extremely quickly lmfao.. 4-5 restorations gets it in the mid 50,000 range which completely fucks with my game, preventing anything really.. just way too much, so im gunna downgrade to like 500%lol..

after doing what you did to the dot multiple times i decided to try to fuck around a bit to see if it may just be bugged a bit.. found out it was lol, once i got 80-95 alchemy and enchanted gloves, helm, ring and necklace with like 23% or w/e it was, 8 restorations eventaully got me to like a couple thousand..but every potion BUT enchantment wuld stack with it... Then idk exactly how, but later on, it just worked and it accepted it lmao, but its still super bugged even after doing it how u do it

just tried it for console... doesnt work anymore :( put in the perks you have and started at like 12% (only let me fortify enchant my gloves, ring, amulet and helm btw) then when i started the process it went to like 18, 20, 21, 22, and i just gave up and made the fortify enchanting... Then when i tried to enchant something even though the potion said like 95% or something... it didnt stack so it was just normal :(

What Alchemy and Enchantment perks did you have when you made this? I tried this recently on PC and followed your instructions and for a while it worked. But then I reached a peak where the restoration potions I created would peak at 63-66% per 60 seconds. Like I would create a 66% Restoration potion and my Fort. Alchemy equipment would each give my Alchemy skill a 16% boost but neither would rise above that.
