Weddings at Holiday Inn - West Bay in Traverse City

This is the only downtown beach wedding hotel location that I know of. It's fun to have the beach atmosphere, rooms/reception right there and be centrally located downtown!

I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances,

We are considering this option. What went wrong or was the service/food/ poor? Please reply????

Basically, we had made reservations 7 months in advance, confirmed twice, including the night before and when we got there, they did not have the room, after having the managed basically tell us, you're reservations are nothing, they gave us a room over the nightclub, and still charged us full price, (we would have gone to another hotel but they gave us a runaround on the room so bad that we ended up, after putting our stuff in the room being late for the wedding).
