I spent 1.25 on 5 folders 1 dollar for a great quality binder 4 dollars on a100 pack of mechanical pencils 3 dollars on a 5 subject notebook 25 cents for a 1 subject note book and 50 cents on dividers u think I did well
OMG you could save big bucks shopping like that! How do you do it?! OMG. In Canada (if you do not already live there) $150 won't get you much. Seriously. If you can manage getting all the supplies for under $20 than you gotta be good. Wow.
lol i spent fifty dollars on stuff and its from the daiso (japanese dollar store) nothing over a buck...but are school is demanding i need about 7 notebooks 5 binders etc so it adds up FAST
hey kitty!im a hude fan! I used your tips and got a very items for very low price( see below:) I got 2 rulers, 2 packs of index cards, a pack of pens, and a set of markers all for 1.98!!!!!!!!!!! did i do good?????
you did great Kitty!! I followed your tips and I went to Office Max to get like a few items on my list and I got a glue bottle, small pencil case, red pens, index cards, and a rule for 5.20!! Did I do good??
@mandyandystar You are on your way. If you have an Office Depot and Staples close by, I think their prices are even better and the store is easier to find the sale items just so you know!
@victorialafond1994 On the graphing calculator, I would definitely use a printable coupon. You should be able to find a $15 off $75 for Office Depot on our website and in the Staples ad 8/15 there will be a coupon for 20% off school supplies (I don't think calculators are excluded). I have a high school kid - I will buy supplies this week and try to give you some tips :)
When I went shopping for supplies my mom spent $250 . I am going to middle school too. My backpack costed $35. All the cool folders and notebooks cost more than 1 cent. My stuff has peace signs on it. A huge binder with compartments was $ 20 . Its not that cheap.
@peacegal32 Yes, if you want specific designs, the cost a little more. Our schools are not allowed to have binders with compartments so that saved us some money too. Just so you know for next year, Staples usually has a Backpack promotion where it's free after Rewards. We were able to get a $40 backpack for free :)
@CouponDivas Ohh Wow yea thats good. Could you do another back to school haul type. More for clothes such as aero. Hollister. Abercrombie. gilly hicks. And show the clothes more and the price
Great tips, I spent $22.07 wth 2-Middle Schooler and 1-High Schooler. I started shopping back in June and used up alot of my ECB/RR's to get more bang for my buck. Thanks for the VIds hun..God Bless You!
signed up for your newsletter. hopefully next year they'll have some free backpacks!
