Don't pay them a cent. They have cut themselves off from the public, and they still need our money. We can and will get a hold of their money. That which they don't give, we will take. I wld say it shld be req'd viewing for hs tudents contemplating student loans, but it is almost impossible to understand how it will feel to have a $530 pymtdue every month when you are young and think for sure you will be successful, resourceful and manage just fine.I am curious to know if you worried about future employers and/or landlords seeing this video. I don't think the goverment should bail out the entire loan, but the penalties and fees associated with them due to unemployment or hard-ship. Let's be serious, most of us who graduated around 2008 and those who will gradute soon, have virtually no chance at landing that dream job, because they don't exist. Why can't our govt. work for us and help us with those default fees/late fees/penalties instead of helping sleezy banks, defunct nations, and failed companies?

Great video - although the student did agree to the terms of the loan, the loan should be dischargable in Bankruptcy.
