IMO the Genesis version is better.Sound wise since thats realy the only difference.The quality of the sound may be better,but the lil changes they made for this version is not an improvement.

waaaaait wait wait wait..... The only difference from the Sega CD to the Genesis versions of NHL 94 was the Audio? It looks the exact same! I remember the PC version of NHL 94 had better graphics than the console games, with larger sprites, properly coloured ice, and duel logos at center ice. Why didn't the Sega CD have those graphics?

Yeah NHL 95 was the first game on the system to get a graphics upgrade for SNES and the gameplay in 95 was just as good. Trust me all that stuff you hear about the Wii sucks...its not true. The sports games are fast paced and the graphics are solid to very good. Its not HD but who cares. NHL 2K10 on Wii is awesome!!!

Your not very good at this.. your taking shotts from impoosible places.. you cant one on one.. you cant do 1 timer.. you use autp keeper.. sign up to the nhl94 clasic league and get your ass handed to you (google) you play others via an emulator,

I played this game a lot (on Sega Genesis and an computer emulator) and I don't remember scoring a goal like the Kamensky goal. I also played a lot the PC version back in the day... great memories!

The sound FX really seperate this game from it's Genesis and SNES counterparts. EA really made good use of the sega CD in that regard. That second goal was also pretty sick.
