  • I;m only 13 and all i listen too is apollow brown , j-dilla nas mos deff common gangstarr wu tang biggie and juru . i live in the whitest little town called findlay ohio. you gotta go out and find good music not let it come to you on the radio

  • BRING YOUR WHITE SUPERMAN , AND I'LL RIP THAT FUCKIN S OFF HIS CHEST....

  • @UBZUKI no doubt

  • I break on the beats like scissors break on my dreads =)

  • I can stroke all night & not bust a nut,.....

...swim through a sea of razor blades & not get cut....

Seen him in concert 3 X's!! He get's pissed if everyone isn't makin noise & "feelin' the vibe"

  • As a mixed dude I take offense to the outright hatred of white folks during this era. All the 5% (which is nothing but some bullshit jailhouse religion started by Clarence13X after the NOI expelled him) irks me. Same with Wu. These fuckers know where their bread is buttered. White kids bought their shit...their own people (yes even the ones with money...not just the "poor ghetto youth" lol) dubbed and bought bootlegs. If not for the "devils" these niggas would be broke. The hypocrisy is a shame.

  • @BreezelyBruin if you did the knowledge you'd realize the Wu has plenty of white friends, specifically Steve Rifkind. And the 5% doesn't teach that white people are devils, because they can be 5% as well (just not gods), devils are classified as people who know the truth & keep it from the dumb, deaf & blind, correct me if I'm wrong, (I'm no 5%er but I do know my history)

  • @MrDirtdevil91 Bruh I don't have to "do knowledge." I grew up in this. Hung with the Ansaars mostly (they have a new name now but that's what they are) because they were more wise and intelligent. All the 5percenters I knew/did shit in the streets with/had beef with etc. were scumbags. Using some phony religion as an excuse to bum off their women, sell drugs and hate white people (and feel superior to them and anyone else who wasn't black for that matter) under a cloak of "righteousness."

  • god daym this beat is woah

  • true.......indeed.......

  • @NZTA80 , you're still here on a video of a guy who "sucks" I don't get it jeru did good on the debut but not this 1? LoL this album might be a step down lyrically but the beats & concepts are just as good as sun rises in the east!

  • @sfknns 100 PERCENT THE TRUTH...

  • @sfknns To me this album is equally as dope as the first. Call me crazy...

  • @78donjon , well yeah I agree but I think that jeru's lyrics are a tad bit of a step down from his debut!

  • I agree with most of your post but I'm15 years old and live in Kentucky. Yet, I only have real hip-hop on my iPod (that's not the only genre of course I can get down with Coltrane anytime). Real hip-hop is as follows: Organized Konfusion, Gang Starr, Wu-Tang, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, KRS, Common, Camp Lo, MF Doom, Madlib, Black Milk, The Roots, Blaq Poet, Jeru, Lupe (he's made the mainstream but his music is legit), Jean Grae, Immortal Technique, Murs, etc. I could go on & on but you get the point

  • Xceptional taste for a 15year old! Outside of the Camp Lo reference... (Camp Lo only had ONE song to me: 'Luchini') It's good to see young heads appreciating TRUE School Hip Hop...Hip Hop will be ressurrected by your generation...

  • the whole uptown album is good! what are you talking about ONE song? to me at least... this album influenced me!

  • Riiiight. That's why Camp Lo had so many hits after 'Luchini'...Rumor has it at the time, JayZ was takin tracks that Camp Lo were gonna use. Luchini was supposed to be one of the tracks...lucky for them. 'Feeling it' from Reasonable Doubt was supposed to be a Camp Lo beat...

  • Me too!!

  • this is one of the hardest jeru songs ever!
