re : arrogant bunny's. hey. it comes with old age...
but yeah... class stuff - will try and catch them live again....
the bunny's , the bauhaus, the psychedelic furs, joy division etc. etc.. a purple patch in the 80's prior to all that sh*te synth new romantic staff...
Yeah I was there too. And I think the lacklustre Skye crowd were probably responsible for the 'arrogant' atitude as you put it. The Bunnymen are music Gods and should have been received as such! I thought they were fantastic, this is surely evidence of that fact. Great Post!
I was there too. Skye is just beautiful. A huge Bunnymen fan since 1981, they come across as a bit more arrogant compared to the early days. Hung around like everyone waiting to see this, but have to say that it was pretty good, and Ian McCulloch appears to be a better live singer now than the early 1980's. Thanks for posting this, it looks and sounds good.
...eh? Wht'd he say there at the end? eh? couldn't quite make out...

So far as I know, Bono admires greatly and highlights many qualities of Mc. Even said that Mc is more cheerful.
