on gta vice city i had 6 stars for like 10 mins and i killed like 1000 people on my stats....i was in the hunter chopper and this thing came up every time i did something bad.....it said - vcn news it was in pink little writing and it dlashed every time i shot a cop...noone was on the streets not even cops or military people anymore ?????? exept cops non the sidewalks hahah

@nfscarbonlover13 Just start the mission "tit big hits" something averys mission, go to the marked place you have to kill all the haitans, kill them but be sure to have your armor, you will get FP Hearse plus black voodoo too you can save them one by one later use your snifer rifle to kill Romeros, but i cant say how to get FBI washington as this video is fake.
