  • Typical Crossfiter. BUTCHERING a basic exercise. Took his core out of the equation by using his left hand and arm to even sit up. Then when he was setting it down does so in probably one of the worst ways possible. 

  • careful with your shoulder when putting the kb down! try lowering it to your chest and rolling to the side instead
