An Aarson Sorkin play needs snappy dialogue, this feels like you guys are just talking and waiting for each other to finish. Especially with the "yes, yes, yes" moment.
Also, if it were me playing Philo, I'd be delivering that opening speech in a much more matter of fact way, but that's just me.
