I have a flip minoHD and there is NO pause and resume:( but i think you can just take numerous videos and then put them together in the editor.

Flip support ignored me, after more emails they lied to me about a "patch" upgrade, and now they are totally ignoring me again

He used a different software, if you save the videos to the computer as a movie by clicking the movie button, you can import them into another editing suite.

True, but keep in mind this was a sunny day outdoors. It's quite a bit grainier for indoor lighting. Look at some of my other vids for examples.

here's the real deal. it's rather cheap compared to full-size models. so it lacks a few features. but compared to other pocket camcorders, it has, hands down, the best low-light quality. what Quin1an said about it being a bit grainy indoors is true, but as long as you have the lights on it's fine. and for the price, it's the best indoor camera

u cant get the HD option with the program that FLIP gives to you. you must use your own software like windows movie maker or imovie in order to get the HD quality
