The trouble is that the only people that are really suffering are the low level employees. He's perfectly civil, albeit a little sarcastic, to the Media Relations Manager and at the end of the day pissing off the local manager at that McDonalds probably didn't make for a very nice working atmosphere for the people on the checkout or in the kitchen, and what have they don't wrong? I can't really work out what the point was to this.
