okay it's a good video but there's a mistake.He stated that when you pick up the ball from the fence you don't want to go to the glove. that's a mistake. to get a good strong throw you need to take a two step forward to your target which gives you enough time to go to the glove and properly rotate your shoulder cuff to eliminate injury and give yourself a strong and accurate throw. when you watch the video at 2:46 after he picks up the ball he does the 2 step. but the girl doesn't.
