It's really, really bad when I listen to this song while out running. I end up getting really inspired to be just like Gai-sensei, and go run three miles more than I planned to, then go do twenty pushups. then the next day I wake up in a hell of a lot of pain and remember that this isn;t an anime, and training like Gai and Rock Lee will land you in the hospital... But listening to this song again, one doesn't care!
