It's in extras testing, it's called Qt irreco. You'll just download the remote configuration based on whatever IR device you want to operate and then you can place the buttons you want.

I plan on going into a bestbuy, turn the TV on and off while the salesman's throwing his pitch...

Lol I turned off the projector that the teacher was teaching on in class.. that was so funny! :D
