I totally agree with the commissioner. I don't know why there has been no investigation or prosecution of people involved. But if Sunni and shia sect in sokoto fight one another police acts swiftly. Now thats questionable.

ok send 100,000 us troops in there that will make everything better. We JUST can not be the world's policeman THIS MAY SOUND ODD send in large citizen construction company to build and build homes... simple by US standreds but homes with indoor pumping and sewers if 10,000 homes build about 980 sq ft in each home, in about three years build in three areas about 3,300 each but as they build teach the local people to do the same
