Question: are your customers using video when interfacing with their customers (when selling) and if so are they able to post video content on salesforce, or does it have to link to other hosts, say youtube etc.
@fallfashiongirl The salesforce product allows you to manage files such as PowerPoint files, word docs, and PDFs. You can also manage links to content stored elsewhere such as YouTube videos. Many companies use salesforce to share these resources with customers using email templates, content packs, and the self-service portal. If you're looking for a video management platform I'd recommend looking at YouTube, Brightcove or Ooyala.
