Byakuya is most likely stronger since ichigo had to gain his bankai in order to be strong enough to fight on par with him, while he only needed his shikai to tie with kenpachi. Though kenpachi has most likely gotten stronger so.... either of them can be stronger.

@maddwillard Yeah but neither were fighting with full power, as Aizen revealed later. And Kenpachi never held his sword with two hands against Ichigo, which makes a big difference. But I still believe, while it would be a very very close fight, that Byakuya would win.
