Thank you! I love your details...I always found downward facing dog to be uncomfortable until I saw this video. Your tips for proper form helped me out a lot!
I've been wanting to get into yoga for years. I haven't taken any yoga classes yet, but I have a little fun book for beginners and today I decided to youtube Sun Salutations. I'm quite glad that I did! :) Thank you, Patrick & Takako. This seems like a great guide for newbies! I feel like I want to have some sort of idea as to what I'm doing before I jump into any classes and make a fool of myself! I'd love to see more! Especially videos of the breathing :)
Oh, I absolutely agree. You might be able to make a couple of videos. I notice that most people struggle with the breathing. Mine is improving, but often I find myself reverting to a less stellar breathing habit when I get tired.
Your videos are exactly what I needed ! I ve been doing yoga for just two weeks now, but love it, would do it for hours, have to force myself to stop and finally leave house for work :) It would be great if you could post some new videos. You know how to explain things, you have nice voice and a good sense of humour ;) Thank you!
Please post some videos about balance poses..

this is an easier version of the salutation, it doesn't contain Chaturanga Dandasana which is the worst yoga position i've yet encountered

@hunkydoris Yes this is designed for beginners. Just do a little chaturanga every day and you're triceps will get with the program in about 3 months.

Don't burn out on yoga at the beginning! Take it slow and give yourself a lifetime to learn the postures.

Thank you for your comment. Still hungry for more videos...:)(I appreciate the "zen ones" too!)

I'm new to yoga as well! How did you start out!? I'm just starting now :) Any advice?

Absolutely awesome. Thank you. DO you have specific breathing only video teaching and correcting how to breathe?

I'm thinking about making a breathing video now but it's a huge subject to cover in less than ten minutes...
