Smart!...I like it. I just finished reading it, and a few days ago I've had similar sensations as the guy in the clip...so you see you've caught a bit of essence from the book. And, for sure Auster is brilliant!
how the hell do i find these movies?? i am obsessed with paul auster read just about evry word hes written twice, at least and its killing me that i havent seen these movies!! any insight would be tremendously appreciated.
I like it! We read the book in our English A-Level class (germany), and though it's a bit boring, sometimes, because of the great amount of detailed descriptions, I like Auster's intention, which is shown well in this video.
Very good video! I made a short film inspired in one of the novels of New York Trilogy, if you want to take a look go to my youtube page. Congratulations again, great video.
well done.

The subway is such a strange place, I don't know but no one talks to each other there. Its a white room where people disappear.

i really like the sound track and the slow,
subtle change of center focus, with the fast
movement of background images...

It's my favorite book. I did not know my biologic father eather, like Fogg, when I first read it and so I felt a bit alike him.
