Sounds like my testimony. The irony is, filling up that void with alcohol & drugs.....just doesn't work! It seems like it will, at least that's what we tell ourselves, and yet it's like this bottomless pit that just can never be filled with anything earthly. Not another person, sex, money, drugs, nothing!
It wasn't until I received GOD (fully), that like this man, my void was finally filled.
